1.) What are the exact steps to purchasing a beat?
Go to the BEAT SHOP page, choose a purchasing option and enter the
name of the beat(s) you would like to purchase. Click the BUY NOW button.
Payment options include PayPal or all major credit cards. For alternate
payments please e-mail info@phatcrispy.com. As soon as payment is
received, you will be able to immediately download the high quality
file in wav format and the contract in PDF format.
2.) What is the difference between a lease and ecxlusive rights?
A lease grants you limited rights to a beat and allows you to use it on
up to 2000 copies.The purchase of exclusive rights grants you unlimited
rights on any medium.A lease can be sold to more than one person at the
same time until exclusive rightshave been sold to the beat.
3.) What does a purchase include?
Each purchase includes a contract stating your ownership and the beat
files in WAV or MP3format. You will receive these files as an download link
sent to your email.
4.) What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Western Union and bank transfer. If you have a credit/debit
card or funds on your PayPal account, you can purchase beats through
the PayPal shopping cart on my site. My PayPal adress is: info@pcpbeats.com
5.) Can I still use the instrumental if I have leased it
but someone buys exclusive rights after this?
Yes! As long as you stay within the leasing terms you are
allowed to use it.
6.) I have bought exclusive rights to a beat. May the beat be
leased again or has it been leased before?
Once a beat is sold exclusive, the beat may not be leased anymore.
On the other hand it might bepossible that a beat has been
leased to several persons before it´s sold exclusive.
7.) Can I resell the beat after purchasing exclusive rights?
No! You are not allowed to resell the beat or transfer your rights of
ownership to another person.
8.) What am I allowed to do with free downloads?
All beats that are up on our page as free downloads are only free for
non commercial use on demo tracks. The purpose is to
offer people a prelistening.
9.) I have bought a beat but haven´t received it yet?
Please allow up to 24 business hours to receive your purchase
after payment.
10.) Do you make costum beats?
Yes! I also make costum beats for a charge of $400-$800.
